2009 GENERAL RULES
1.	Be safe and have fun!
2.	All persons attending Truck Night at Yankee Lake do so at their own risk.
3.	No liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, sponsors or others.
4.	All local, state and federal laws must be obeyed.
5.	Patrons under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcohol.
6.	Providing a minor with alcoholic beverages will result in prosecution.
7.	Legal photo identification is required for purchase of alcoholic beverages.
8.	Wristbands will be provided and must be worn to purchase alcoholic beverages.
9.	Separate wristbands will be given to drivers and must be worn to participate.
10.	Participants and Spectators must sign a release and waiver of liability to enter.
11.	Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
12.	All Participants and passengers must wear seatbelts and safety helmets.
13.	Only Staff and Participants are allowed in the Participant area.
14.	Participants and Spectators are forbidden to enter the creek bed.
15.	No one will be allowed to ride on the outside of any vehicle at any time.
16.	No coolers, food or beverages can be brought onto premise. Concessions are available.
17.	No pets allowed.
18.	Failure to follow these rules may result in expulsion from premise and or prosecution.
19.	Rules are subject to change at any time.
